Andrew Coutts, originally from Scotland, has lived and worked in Sydney, Australia since 1990.
He has extensive experience in both the UK and Australia, working both in building companies and quantity surveying consultancies. Andrew has an honours degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and is an Associate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Alan Jenkins has over 30 years experience in both the UK & Australian Construction Industries, and has been responsible for a number of major health, commercial and educational projects.
Alan has played a major role on projects that have not only required the core quantity surveying skills but also more diverse requirements of project auditing, independent certifier and clients representative. Alan has a strong focus on teamwork and building long term client relationships.
Peter Smith has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years; working in UK, USA, Bermuda and Australia he has gained experience in most aspects of construction cost management.
Starting in '72 with EC Harris in UK Peter has been involved in a wide range of projects from houses in Bermuda to Nuclear Power Stations in UK, from Dry Docks in Bahrain to Airports, Hospitals and Hotels in Sydney. Peter was recently the Project QS for the Fraser Property One Central Park and Park Lane Project where he was involved from the project inception and provided extensive Pre and Post Contract services to the Client.
Mark Ashworth has over 20 years construction industry experience of which 16 years has been in Australia.
Mark has a wide range of both pre and post contract experience across all major industry sectors. Specifically he has had major experience in Aged Care Projects, Public and Private Health and Tertiary Education.

We can represent any bank, conducting initial cost checks to validate original construction budgets. Once the project commences on site, we can monitor the progress claims to ensure that they are correct and in line with the bank lending policy.
In fact we already do this for several of the major banks, ensuring that their interest is protected on construction projects they are funding.
