We are a boutique quantity surveying practice with specialist knowledge on all types of building project. Founded in 2005 by Andrew Coutts, we have a reputation for excellent personal service and attention to detail.

Andrew Coutts, originally from Scotland, has lived and worked in Sydney, Australia since 1990.
He has extensive experience in both the UK and Australia, working both in building companies and quantity surveying consultancies. Andrew has an honours degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and is an Associate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Alan Jenkins has over 30 years experience in both the UK & Australian Construction Industries, and has been responsible for a number of major health, commercial and educational projects.
Alan has played a major role on projects that have not only required the core quantity surveying skills but also more diverse requirements of project auditing, independent certifier and clients representative. Alan has a strong focus on teamwork and building long term client relationships.
Matthew Dunk has over 27 years of construction experience of which 24 years has been in Australia. Matthew has worked for both Quantity Surveying consultancies and Building companies.
Starting as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK Matthew emigrated to Australia and spent time with Davis Langdon and Rider Levett Bucknall before spending 17 years at Mirvac with the last 6 years as the NSW Cost Planning Manager leading a team of nine. Matthew has extensive experience on industrial, residential and commercial projects and was actively involved in winning numerous bids for Mirvac.
Mark Ashworth has over 20 years construction industry experience of which 16 years has been in Australia.
Mark has a wide range of both pre and post contract experience across all major industry sectors. Specifically he has had major experience in Aged Care Projects, Public and Private Health and Tertiary Education.
Our office is located in Cremorne but we can service clients nationally.

When banks are funding a construction project we understand that it is vital they protect their investment. We can represent any bank, conducting initial cost checks to validate original construction budgets. Once the project commences on site, we can monitor the progress claims to ensure that they are correct and in line with the bank lending policy.
In fact we already do this for several of the major banks, ensuring that their interest is protected on construction projects they are funding.
Our client spectrum ranges from the smaller high profile architects to the major banks.
